 Anemic:
  • Add fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) to your food more often. It really helps.
Cold:
  • For cold relief - take the juice of ginger, mix it with honey and lime juice and drink it.
Asthma:
  • For asthma relief - take 3-4 cloves of garlic. Boil it in milk and drink it every night.
Cholesterol:
  • Oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol. Regularly eating oatmeal for breakfast results in significant reduction of cholesterol
Diabetics:
  • If you are from a family where diabetics runs in the hereditary, try having few curry leaves every morning for 100 days. This is believed to prevent diabetes
Hair:
  • Taking raw curry leaves daily helps prevent premature graying of hair.
Blood Pressure:
  • Are you having high blood pressure or excessive cholesterol - take raw garlic in empty stomach every day. This significantly reduces blood pressure and cholesterol.
  • Daily morning add little jaggery to warm water and drink to increase the hemoglobin in blood.
  Indigestion:
  • Add 3-4 crushed cloves of garlic to boiling milk and drink it. It gives immediate relief.
  • Mix coriander juice with buttermilk and drink it to treat indigestion.
  • For indigestion/acidity - drink lime juice mixed with ginger juice.
  •  Mint helps in digestion. 
  • Banana helps wash fatty wastes from the kidneys, is soothing to the digestive tract and helps relieve constipation and diarrhea
 Sleep:
  • Take the juice of a few coriander leaves by grinding them. Mix it in hot water and have it before going to bed. You will have a restful sleep. 
Headache:
  • Headaches will be gone if you can continue breathing therapy exercises for one month.
  • Inhale and exhale from right (represents the sun) & left(represents the sun) side of the nose to feel the difference
  • You headache will go if you close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe for 5min.
  • If you are tired close your left (cold) nose and breathe through your right (hot-heats up) nose, your mind is refreshed. Usually females will breathe through left nose. males will breathe through right nose.
