- Daily drink lots of water to flush the toxins off in your system.
- Don’t eat food immediately after workout.
- Make sure you have proper food and light snacks in between the meals when you are on insulin.
- Munch food properly before you swallow and never eat fast.
- Never over eat food and take food at fixed hours.
- Try to avoid foods that are fried and sweets.
- At every meal include fresh vegetables and try to eat salads. Raw onion has to be included.
- Exercise daily at least for an hour.
- In your diet, Fiber content foods like wheat bran have to be added to the wheat flour.
- Take bitter-guard as raw or juice in a day as there is compounds present which acts like insulin and aids the process of absorption and metabolizing sugar in the body and improves in the proper regulation of sugar in blood and urine.
- Try half of bitter-guard+ half lemon + half teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of salt as juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

The powdered seeds have the capacity to control the sugar levels. Ayurveda states that the ash of inner bark of tree mixed with water was treated as medicine for diabetics.
- Apple has pectin , Gooseberry, Guava and Grapefruit are rich in vitamin-C , Berries, Melons, Broccoli, Ground Nuts, Soya, Nuts , Beans, Flaxseeds, Oats, Onions, Carrots, Spinach, Tomatoes, Yogurt, Tea or other stuff to eat for diabetic people.
- Boil Mango leaves in a glass of water, keep it overnight and drink the water after filtering on an empty stomach.
- Soak Cinnamon in water overnight and drink on an empty stomach.
- Chewing 8-10 fresh curry leaves or 7 Neem Leaves can cure diabetes.
- Include Garlic and Alfalfa seeds in the diet.
- Soak Bay leaf powder in water and drink on an empty stomach.
- Take one or 2 spoons of Apple cider vinegar with water at early morning.
- Keeping aak leaves under the foot for 2-3 hours will reduce the sugar level.
- Lady finger has superior fiber content called mucilaginous, which controls blood sugar level in the body. Remove the ends and cut it into 2 parts, soak in water overnight. Drink water in the morning by removing the lady finger.
