Before implementing these,Take Doctor's Advice.
  • Daily drink lots of water to flush the toxins off in your system.
  • Don’t eat food immediately after workout.
  • Make sure you have proper food and light snacks in between the meals when you are on insulin.
  • Munch food properly before you swallow and never eat fast.
  • Never over eat food and take food at fixed hours.
  • Try to avoid foods that are fried and sweets.
  • At every meal include fresh vegetables and try to eat salads. Raw onion has to be included.
  • Exercise daily at least for an hour.
  • In your diet, Fiber content foods like wheat bran have to be added to the wheat flour.
  • Take bitter-guard as raw or juice in a day as there is compounds present which acts like insulin and aids the process of absorption and metabolizing sugar in the body and  improves in the proper regulation of sugar in blood and urine.
  • Try half of bitter-guard+ half lemon + half teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of salt as juice in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Soak quarter spoon (5grms) of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Early morning swallow seeds with water. These seeds contain fiber compounds (mucilaginous) and amino acids (4-hydroxyisoleucine) which lowers sugar levels in the body.
  • Jumble fruit or rose apple is considered to possess anti-diabetic property due to the presence of glucose ‘jamboline’ .It shows significant impact on the pancreas. The powdered seeds have the capacity to control the sugar levels. Ayurveda states that the ash of inner bark of tree mixed with water was treated as medicine for diabetics.
  • Apple has pectin , Gooseberry, Guava and Grapefruit are rich in vitamin-C , Berries, Melons, Broccoli, Ground Nuts, Soya, Nuts , Beans, Flaxseeds, Oats, Onions, Carrots, Spinach, Tomatoes, Yogurt, Tea or other stuff to eat for diabetic people.
  • Boil Mango leaves in a glass of water, keep it overnight and drink the water after filtering on an empty stomach.
  • Soak Cinnamon in water overnight and drink on an empty stomach.
  • Chewing 8-10 fresh curry leaves or 7 Neem Leaves can cure diabetes.
  • Include Garlic and Alfalfa seeds in the diet.
  • Soak Bay leaf powder in water and drink on an empty stomach.
  • Take one or 2 spoons of Apple cider vinegar with water at early morning.
  • Keeping aak leaves under the foot for 2-3 hours will reduce the sugar level.
  • Lady finger has superior fiber content called mucilaginous, which controls blood sugar level in the body. Remove the ends and cut it into 2 parts, soak in water overnight. Drink water in the morning by removing the lady finger.

Orange Peel


  • Dry Orange Peel and grind it and keep the powder in an air tight container. This orange peel powder can be used for cooking, in preparation of salads and in drinks for lowering cholesterol, blood pressure levels , aids digestion, reduce infections and helps in curing diabetes and heart diseases.
  • Orange has Vitamin-A and C. Fresh orange peel has more phytonutrients and flavonoids when compared to juicy pulp.
  • Fresh orange peel is mosquito and flies repellent. Apply orange peel extract on your skin or Cut the orange in half take out the juice and pulp, put some sesame oil in the bowl shaped pill with a wick and light, it contains a compound called pinene which acts as an insecticide.
  • Dry orange peel has Limonene which acts as a good fire starter.
  • Orange peel soaked in a cup of warm water can be used for ant killer.
  • Soak Orange peel in white vinegar for 3 weeks, shake this every 3days. Filter the peel and mix water with vinegar and we can use this liquid for floor cleaning.
  • Soak the orange peel in vodka for different taste and feel.
  • Rub the fresh peel on your nails for shining.
  • The dried Orange peel powder can be mixed with bath water to get glowing skin due to its richness in antioxidants.
  • Rub the fresh orange peel on your skin rub until peel changes its color to black wait for 30min and wash your face with fresh water without using soap. It reduces blemishes and dark spots. Do this process only before you sleep because sun rays will make the skin dry.
  • Dry Orange peel Powder + Milk acts as a scrub.
  • If you have a party at home; simmer orange peel +Cloves + Cinnamon in water. The vapor acts as a perfume and spread all over the room to give welcoming feel and act as a deodorizer. Later the same liquid can be used for house cleaning.
  • Cats won't like the orange peel smell. Rub it where ever you have a problem.
  • For Greased Pans stains, rub with fresh orange peel.
  • Throw some orange peels in your garbage/dustbin to get rid of strong odors.
Precautions:
  • Always clean the Orange peel before committing any process. Because sellers are using chemicals for ripening process.
  • Always use organic. Avoid non-organic oranges.
  • To keep Brown Sugar from drying out, place some orange peel in that jar.

Washing



  • Stains can only get off when it is fresh. Always use 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar to water before washing clothes to clear these types of difficulties. Always separate white colored clothes while washing.
  • Use hot water for washing white clothes and linens.
  • Use warm water for jeans and denims.
  • Use cold water for delicate cloths such as inner wears.
  • Before washing makes clothes inside out and finally check the pockets.
  • Vinegar, borax, lemon juice, petroleum jelly and Epsom salts are popular choices as remedies.
  • Curry Stains on clothes - dab with detergent solution and soak in hydrogen peroxide.
  • Crayon stains - dab with spirit and wash. Remove excess crayon powder on the cloth before dabbing.
  • Cooking fat stains - spread bicarbonate soda and leaves for 30mins and wash. 
  • Gum or adhesive material - dab with nail polish remover. 
  • Coffee or tea stains - soak in a solution of one part of vinegar and 2 parts of water or soak in the borax solution. 
  • Chewing gum on cloth - freeze the cloth chewing gum will become hard then break it. 
  • Chocolate stains - soak in borax solution for 1 hour and wash. 
  • Wax stain - keep a paper under the stain and use the hot iron box.
  • Blood stains - soak in salt water, when blood stains are wet.
  • Bird droppings - scrape the excess droppings on cloth and dab with borax then wash with the detergent solution. If still exists, try chlorine bleach or Hydrogen peroxide.
    Juice stains- rinse in cold water and soak in the borax solution. 
  • Ink stains - dab spirit using white cloth or soak in warm milk and wash. 
  • Fruit stains- If fresh fruit, soak in borax solution for 20mins and cover with salt then wash. If dry fruit, damp with lemon juice and wash with hot water.
  • Grease stains – These stains will easily go off by brushing with corn starch or baby powder.Also you can dab with spirit and wash.
  • Lipstick stains- Rub with soap or detergent.dab with spirit and wash.
  • Paint stains - dab with white spirit and wash.
  • Red wine stains- use soda water to wash.
  • Rust stain - damp with lemon water leave for 15mins and wash. 
  • Shoe polish - dab with white spirit and wash. 
  • Dirt stains on the collar - brush with shampoo and wash. Shampoo is good for dissolving body oils.

 Anemic:
  • Add fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) to your food more often. It really helps.

  • For cold relief - take the juice of ginger, mix it with honey and lime juice and drink it.
Asthma:
  • For asthma relief - take 3-4 cloves of garlic. Boil it in milk and drink it every night.
Cholesterol:
  • Oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol. Regularly eating oatmeal for breakfast results in significant reduction of cholesterol
Diabetics:
  • If you are from a family where diabetics runs in the hereditary, try having few curry leaves every morning for 100 days. This is believed to prevent diabetes
Hair:
  • Taking raw curry leaves daily helps prevent premature graying of hair.
Blood Pressure:
  • Are you having high blood pressure or excessive cholesterol - take raw garlic in empty stomach every day. This significantly reduces blood pressure and cholesterol.
  • Daily morning add little jaggery to warm water and drink to increase the hemoglobin in blood.
  Indigestion:
  • Add 3-4 crushed cloves of garlic to boiling milk and drink it. It gives immediate relief.
  • Mix coriander juice with buttermilk and drink it to treat indigestion.
  • For indigestion/acidity - drink lime juice mixed with ginger juice.
  •  Mint helps in digestion. 
  • Banana helps wash fatty wastes from the kidneys, is soothing to the digestive tract and helps relieve constipation and diarrhea
 Sleep:
  • Take the juice of a few coriander leaves by grinding them. Mix it in hot water and have it before going to bed. You will have a restful sleep. 
Headache:
  • Headaches will be gone if you can continue breathing therapy exercises for one month.
  • Inhale and exhale from right (represents the sun) & left(represents the sun) side of the nose to feel the difference
  • You headache will go if you close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe for 5min.
  • If you are tired close your left (cold) nose and breathe through your right (hot-heats up) nose, your mind is refreshed. Usually females will breathe through left nose. males will breathe through right nose.

Vegetable Tips:
  • Mix some Salt or dried Mint leaves or dried Curry leaves or garlic flakes to grains(Rice,Pulses,and Lentils) to avoid pest or insects in containers. You can use Turmeric for lentils.
  • Don’t store Onions with Potatoes, as potatoes will rot.
  • Mix a tomato or Potato or a spoon of sugar in a dish. They will absorb extra salt in recipe.
  • Remove stems of green chilli to keep fresh for longer usage.
  •  To avoid black color and bitter taste in brinjals while chopping, keep chopped brinjals in salt water.
  •  Add turmeric, few drops of sesame oil to Lentils for fastening boiling process.
  •  To retain color of veggies while cooking add a pinch of sugar.
  •  To enhance the taste of Potato fry. Soak the potato pieces in buttermilk before frying.
  •  To get coconut out of shell easily break it and refrigerate overnight. Coconut comes out of shell easily.
  •  To fry onions fast add salt or sugar while frying in oil.
  •  Roll the lemon in your palm before squeeze to maximum juice.
  •  Avoid Onion cry, Cut the onion into half and place in water.
  • To avoid sticking, always dip knife while cutting boiled potatoes.
  • While cutting raw banana, add 2-3 drops of milk to the water to avoid stickiness.
     
Dosa Batter Tips:
  • Add tea spoon of fenugreek seeds, yellow pigeon peas while making batter for South Indian breakfast 'Dosa' to get it crispy. 
  • Add 2-3 tea spoons of Semolina(Ravva) to batter .dosa will not stick to pan.
  • For good color and taste, add red chilly to the dosa batter. 
Chapati tips:
  • To get soft chapathi add warm water while preparing dough. You also add little milk or yogurt and oil.
  • Mix equal parts of Wheat flour with Barley flour to get tasty chapathi.

 Kitchen Tips:
  • Always chop veggies on wooden board to avoid knife blunt.
  • If you want fried items to be more crispy,Add little corn flour before frying.

Curd Tips:
  • Use hot box for curdling milk to get quick curd in cold seasons.
  •  To avoid sourness in curd, use mud vessels. Mud vessels will preserve sweet taste of curd for few more days.
Spices tips:
  • Keep some Cloves in sweet items (Sugar, Jaggery, Sweets) they protect items from ants.
  • Keep a tiny piece of Asafoetida (Hing) in chilli powder for long usage.

Rice tips:
  • Add Lemon Juice in water while cooking rice, It will make rice whiter.
  • Add some oil or ghee to get rice separated with each other.

Pickle Tips:
  • Fungus in pickle - before putting pickle,  burn tiny piece of Asafoetida(Hing) on coal and invert empty jar to fill with that smoke or vapors for some time. 
  • Try to add turmeric to pickle while preparing.

Insect Tips:
  • Cockroaches in kitchen, use boric powder at the edges they will ran away.
  • Lizards in Kitchen, Place Peacock feather they will not enter.
  • Mosquitoes and houseflies, in a vessel dip some camphor in water they will go away.
 
Washing Tips:
  • Wet Tamarind + Salt are good to polish Silver or Brass Vessels.
  • Burnt or Grease vessel - place an onion and fill water and keep for some time. Clean the vessel with hot water with few drops of vinegar.

Mixer grinder tips:

  • Grind some salt in grinder to sharpen blades
